Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. You can pay in cash when your order is delivered.

Shipping and Delivery

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship throughout Lebanon.

Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Delivery times are as follows:

  • Beirut: 1-3 business days
  • Outside Beirut: 3-5 business days

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Returns and Exchanges

A: If you are not satisfied with the product upon delivery, you have the option to return it immediately to the delivery person. Please note that returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, and you will still be charged for the delivery fee.

A: Simply inform the delivery person that you wish to return the product, ensure it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact, and hand it back to the delivery person.
