Shipping Method
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method for all orders. Pay for your purchase in cash at the time of delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship throughout Lebanon. If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Beirut: 1-3 business days
- Outside Beirut: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the weight of your package. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track your package online.
Returns and Exchanges
On-the-Door Returns: We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product upon delivery, you have the option to return it immediately to the delivery person. No questions asked.
- Simply inform the delivery person that you wish to return the product.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Hand the product back to the delivery person.
Please note:
- Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. Once the delivery person leaves, returns cannot be processed.
- If you return the product, you will still be charged for the delivery fee. This fee covers the cost of shipping the product to your address and cannot be refunded.
